Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support terminally ill patients and their family members, offering grief counseling and emotional support during a particularly sensitive time in their lives. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LMSW license in the state of New York.
