Key Responsibilities Operate various hydraulic and/or CNC machinery to shape metal or complete basic machining operations Inspect parts using CNC equipment and a variety of tools to ensure tolerances are met Use hand tools when necessary for fabrication or assembly Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move pieces throughout the plant Maintain a clean and safe working environment What We Offer 401k – 4% match on 5% deferrals PTO – Up to 5 weeks Employer Paid Life Insurance Employer Paid Short-term Disability Generous Health Insurance Coverage Dental Insurance Safety Shoes & Glasses reimbursements Employee Appreciation Events Requirements Competitive pay based on experience. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation; or equivalent technical training Ability to read blueprints and work instructions Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a team environment Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to climb, squat, and stand for long periods.
