Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly, evidence-based therapeutic care through live video sessions, addressing the mental health needs of adult clients experiencing various emotional disorders.

• Collaborate closely with our teams, including Brightside psychiatric providers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continually monitor the effectiveness of treatment and make necessary adjustments.
\n
• Create and maintain comprehensive clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal, facilitating a streamlined and efficient workflow.
\n
• Engage in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team, offering and receiving support to enhance service delivery.
\n
• Provide therapy for individuals and couples (ages 13 and up), utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
\n
• Demonstrate a commitment to measurement-based care, ensuring best practices in therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality and health information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with a client base that spans various ages and cultural backgrounds. Your work will primarily support adults dealing with emotional disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual base salary range for this position is between $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, education, and skill set.
