Job Description & Skill Requirement:
\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Review existing maintenance strategies, programs, maintenance plans, items, task lists, frequencies, cycles, call horizons, packages, and scheduling parameters.
\n• Analyze OEM manuals, maintenance procedures, engineering requirements, regulatory obligations, reliability studies, failure modes, criticality, and current site practices.
\n• Identify missing, duplicate, obsolete, conflicting, overly frequent, under-maintained, or non-value-adding maintenance content and recommend disposition.
\n• Develop and optimize maintenance plans, maintenance items, general and equipment task lists, strategies, packages, cycles, object assignments, and scheduling parameters.
\n• Define job steps, sequence, craft or skill requirements, labor hours, durations, tools, materials, permits, and approved safety references.
\n• Facilitate maintenance strategy review workshops with client Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Operations, HSE, and technical subject matter experts.
\n• Align maintenance strategies with asset criticality, operating context, OEM guidance, compliance requirements, and approved maintenance philosophy.
\n• Prepare SAP PM load templates, source traceability, approval logs, exception registers, and load-readiness reports.
\n• Perform completeness, consistency, format, cross-object, and referential-integrity validation across equipment, plans, items, task lists, and BOM/material linkages.
\n• Support pre-load validation, post-load verification, defect correction, approval, and final handover.
\nRequired Qualifications
\n• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, or a related discipline.
\n• 5+ years of SAP PM, maintenance planning, maintenance build, or reliability experience in industrial facilities.
\n• Hands-on experience developing maintenance plans, items, task lists, maintenance strategies, cycles, and packages.
\n• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, OEM manuals, engineering drawings, maintenance procedures, and equipment datasheets.
\n• Experience analyzing existing maintenance strategies and CMMS builds and converting findings into practical improvements.
\n• Knowledge of preventive maintenance optimization, reliability-centered maintenance concepts, criticality, and regulatory maintenance requirements.
\n• Proficiency in project execution, teamwork, client relationship management, and technical workshop facilitation.
\n• Strong Excel, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting capability.
\nPreferred Qualifications
\n• Experience with SAP S/4HANA PM and mass-load tools.
\n• Experience in LNG, oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, process, or heavy industrial facilities.
\n• Familiarity with RCM, PM optimization, failure-mode analysis, job-plan development, and maintenance work management.
\n• Experience supporting greenfield or brownfield CMMS implementation, migration, or improvement programs.
\nCore Capabilities
\n• Strong proficiency in project management, planning, progress tracking, risk management, and delivery governance.
\n• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
\n• Excellent client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
\n• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, OEM manuals, engineering drawings, equipment datasheets, equipment lists, and vendor documentation.
\n• Ability to analyze existing maintenance strategies, CMMS structures, data quality, and build maturity, and recommend practical improvements.
\n• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and Microsoft Excel skills.
