Key responsibilities Proactively source and recruit outstanding marketing and creative professionals through various channels Conduct interviews and prepare candidates for the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience Manage the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to placement, maintaining accurate records and tracking performance metrics Required qualifications Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in marketing and creative fields Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage both active and passive candidates Exceptional relationship-building and interviewing skills Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred Confidence using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology
