Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (English/Spanish) - Bethesda, MD or Annandale, VA - ONSITE

A growing litigation-focused law firm in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (English/Spanish) to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing a high-volume workload, and is passionate about providing exceptional client service. The firm handles a diverse mix of matters including Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, DWI/DUI, Real Estate, Entertainment, and Corporate & Business Representation.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys while managing assigned cases from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate will be accountable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of efficiently handling multiple priorities in a busy legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys with day-to-day case management and legal support
\n
• Manage a high-volume caseload and maintain accurate case files
\n
• Serve as a point of contact for English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients
\n
• Translate and interpret communications, documents, and client interactions as needed
\n
• Draft correspondence, legal documents, and case-related materials
\n
• Obtain and organize records, documents, and supporting evidence
\n
• Schedule client meetings, court appearances, and case-related appointments
\n
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all case requirements
\n
• Maintain detailed case notes and update file management systems
\n
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to advance client matters efficiently
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
\n
• Paralegal experience within a law firm environment preferred
\n
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
\n
• Self-motivated, accountable, and highly detail-oriented
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment
\n
• Strong client service and relationship-building abilities
\n
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume legal practice
\n
• Familiarity with FileVine is a plus
\n

Additional Details:

• Locations: Bethesda, MD or Annandale, VA
\n
• Schedule: Fully onsite
\n
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break
\n
• Compensation: Competitive base salary + benefits
\n
