Job Description

Role: ServiceNow FSO developer

Location: Remote (only US location)

Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

Minimum 10 plus years' experience required
Preferred: Fso- finance sale services operation
FSO stands for Financial Services Operations, a cloud-based platform from ServiceNow that helps financial institutions manage their operations:
Reduce costs: Automation can help reduce costs.
Improve customer satisfaction: FSO can help simplify the customer experience for claims, policy servicing, and underwriting.
Embed risk and compliance controls: FSO can help embed risk and compliance controls across workflows.
Grow with your business: FSO offers capabilities that can grow with your business as your needs change.
Create flexible data structures: The FSO core application provides a framework to enable financial institutions to create flexible data structures that meet their business needs.
Some of the product's suites that FSO caters to include:
Payment Operations: Helps manage requests for payment inquiries, claims, or debit approvals
Card Operations: Provides a unified platform for creating and managing cases related to credit card inquiries
